Product Return Policy

Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of date of purchase.

Makeup, makeup brushes, hair brushes and Aveda liters are non-returnable.

We do not accept returns on Aveda products purchased online.

 

Cancellation/No Show Policy

We reserve time exclusively for you and kindly ask that you respect J.Con Salon and Spa’s scheduling policies.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. The 3rd occurrence of a cancellation with under 24hrs notice will be considered a no call/no show.

No Call/No Show Policy: A no call/no show is not calling to cancel or not showing up to a scheduled appointment. Notifying us after an appointment time has passed is considered a no call/no show.

2nd no call/no show occurrence- Letter or email sent and Guest Care Team calls with a reminder of our policy.
3rd no call/no show occurrence- Final letter or email sent to inform that appointments may no longer be pre-scheduled. Appointments may now only be booked “day of.”
