Health and Safety Procedures
Here are a few things to know in preparation for your visit!
Per Florida’s Executive Travel Order: If you have traveled to Florida from NEW YORK, NEW JERSEY, CONNECTICUT or a foreign country in the last 14 days, please schedule your appointment 14 days out from your arrival date.
If you have knowingly been exposed to someone with COVID-19, we also ask that you schedule your appointment 14 days out from your exposure date.
REDUCED OCCUPANCY: We are maintaining 6ft social distancing per state regulations.
SANITATION: We are booking 15 minute gaps in between every guest to give our service providers the required time to sanitize hands, chairs, shampoo bowls and other common surfaces. Strict sanitizing protocols are in place. Prior to opening, our entire team attained Barbicide certification.
CURBSIDE CHECK-IN: Our waiting area is temporarily closed. When you arrive, please drive up to the Guest Care Advisor waiting outside. We will check you in and you will receive a text/call once your service provider is ready.
HAND SANITIZER: We ask that you please head to the restroom at the start of your visit to wash your hands. We will also have hand sanitizer in multiple areas of the salon.
FACE COVERINGS: Our team will be wearing face coverings and in some cases face shields. Guests are also required to wear a face covering while in the salon. A “looping” behind the ear covering is preferred if you are receiving color services. A disposable mask will be provided if you do not have one.
PLEASE LIMIT PERSONAL BELONGINGS: We are suggesting that you bring in only what is needed for your visit, such as your cell phone and form of payment.
PLEASE COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT ALONE: Please leave children and family members at home. Our waiting room is closed and we are booking appointments based on our reduced occupancy.
CASH BACK: We apologize, but we are not offering cash back at this time.
BEVERAGES: We are temporarily discontinuing our beverage service. Please feel free to bring in your beverage of choice.
Lastly and most important…
If you are feeling sick or have a fever, PLEASE STAY HOME!
Thank you and we look forward to serving you!
